Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of this website and the services provided by Aadhya Solutions (Tarnaka, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 500017). By submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation or engaging us, you accept these terms.

We provide Google Business Profile setup, optimization, verification support, review management, local SEO, Google Maps ranking work, profile management, Google Posts and Google Street View Trusted 360° virtual tours. The exact scope, deliverables and timelines for your engagement are set out in your written proposal or invoice.

Search and Map Pack rankings are controlled by Google and vary by searcher location, intent and competition. We do not guarantee any specific ranking position, traffic volume or sales result. We do commit to policy-compliant work and transparent reporting.

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to accounts and premises required for the work, and prompt feedback on drafts. Delays in providing access, content or approvals may extend delivery timelines.

Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are payable as stated on your invoice. Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices and may change; the price in your written quote applies to your engagement. Monthly plans renew until cancelled with notice.

You may cancel a monthly plan with 15 days written notice before the next billing cycle. Work already completed and third-party costs already incurred, including scheduled photography, are non-refundable.

You grant us permission to enter your premises to capture 360° panoramas and photographs, and to publish approved imagery to your Google Business Profile. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

On full payment, imagery and content created specifically for your business is licensed to you for unlimited business use. Our internal tools, templates, processes and reports remain our property.

Our work must comply with Google's guidelines. We will not buy reviews, create fake listings or use deceptive practices. If a platform suspends or changes a listing outside our control, we assist with appeals but cannot guarantee reinstatement.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Both parties will keep non-public business information shared during the engagement confidential.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
